Her practice focuses on insurance defense and personal injury litigation, including medical malpractice and professional liability law. She is admitted to practice law in Maryland and in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.
Kira graduated cum laude in 2014 from the University of Baltimore, School of Law. In addition, Kira attended a comparative law program at the University of Aberdeen, in Aberdeen, Scotland.
After graduation from law school, Kira served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kathleen L. Beckstead of the Wicomico County Circuit Court. After her clerkship, and prior to joining Sasscer, Clagett & Bucher, Kira worked as an associate at the law firm of DeCaro, Doran, Siciliano, Gallagher & DeBlasis, LLP.
