Professional Disciplinary Action Representation

Representation before the Maryland Bar Council

An attorney generally does not act in his or her own interest when responding to an inquiry from the Bar Council or to a charge of misconduct during a disciplinary action. SCB has extensive experience in that area. A carefully constructed response to a preliminary letter of inquiry will often prevent the matter from going beyond the initial screening process.
