Randall S. Herriott is a partner at the firm of Sasscer, Clagett and Bucher. Mr. Herriott concentrates his practice in the area of Family Law.
Mr. Herriott is well known for successfully representing clients in matters involving the issues of divorce, custody and visitation, child support, alimony, property distribution and domestic violence.
In 2008, Mr. Herriott successfully litigated numerous cases involving parties who were seeking the legal and physical custody of their children. In his practice, Mr. Herriott has also successfully litigated several third-party custody actions, where non-parent relatives were granted custody of their minor child relatives.

The Collaborative Law approach seeks a more constructive and respectful path to resolution in a manner that is private, focused on the needs of the clients and/or their children, and puts control of the outcome in the hands of the clients, rather than the courts.
