Attorney Bios

Prior to joining Sasscer, Clagett & Bucher, Mr. Kohl clerked for the Honorable Christopher C. Henderson in Charles County, Maryland.  He graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., holds a Master's Degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois, and was a Bradley Fellow at the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C.  

Mr. Kohl's practice initially focused on defending personal injury, automobile accident, and medical malpractice cases.  He has tried cases in the District and Circuit Courts in Maryland and the Superior Court for the District of Columbia.  He has also argued before Maryland's appellate courts.  Mr. Kohl's practice has since shifted to representing persons injured in automobile accidents and slip-and-falls, and representing contractors in securing payment from their customers.   

Mr. Kohl practices primarily in Montgomery County, Prince George's County, Southern Maryland, and the District of Columbia.  He resides in Calvert County.
